July 2014 - Medvivo Group Limited has acquired Magna Careline Limited (MCL) from the Magna Housing Group. Medvivo has retained Wisetiger, Magna Careline’s digital agency, for website and digital marketing services.
The acquisition will now see Medvivo’s private and business customer base rise to around 30,000. Users will benefit from Medvivo's clinically-focused telecare service and expertise in promoting the integration of health and social care services.
